    • La célèbre artiste Afsoun Hamidi est admise à l'hôpital. Mais lorsque les membres de l'équipe de House découvrent qu'elle pourrait avoir causé elle-même ses symptômes pour en faire un élément de sa nouvelle performance artistique, ils commencent à se demander si des traitements sont nécessaires et s'ils ne sont pas en train de participer malgré eux à la création d'une oeuvre d'art.
      Pendant ce temps, certaines circonstances poussent House à faire quelque chose de très inattendu, une décision qui pourrait changer à tout jamais sa relation avec Cuddy et Wilson.

    • Quand House et Cuddy sont à la cafétéria, Cuddy demande à House de lui rendre sa brosse. House répond "Like the Lindberg baby", "oui ça et le bébé Lindbergh". C'est une référence au kidnapping très célèbre du fils de 20 mois de l'aviateur Charles Lindberg qui fut kidnappé et retrouvé mort en 1932, après 2 mois de recherches intensives. C'est une façon de tourner en dérision sa demande : elle se préoccupe d'une brosse comme l'Amérique entière a été suspendue au sort de cet enfant !
