    • Un adolescent qui tente de devenir saltimbanque comme son père est admis à Princeton Plainsboro en raison d'une paralysie partielle. En faisant des recherches pour trouver un donneur de moelle, l'équipe découvre un embarrassant secret de famille.
      Pendant ce temps, House essaie de trouver des astuces pour se débarrasser de son bracelet électronique afin de pouvoir se rendre à un match de boxe à Atlantic City, et s'occupe également d'un patient qui est convaincu de souffrir de diabète.
      Taub, de son côté, doit prendre une décision difficile lorsque son ex-femme Rachel lui annonce qu'elle désire déménager à l'autre bout du pays avec leur fille.
