    • Atteint de paralysie partielle alors qu'il était à la recherche d'un ancien amour, Cyrus Harry, qui a gagné au loto, est pris en charge au Princeton Plainsboro pour être traité par House et son équipe. La mère de Cuddy menace de porter plainte contre l'hôpital pour erreur médicale, menaçant ainsi House et Cuddy de perdre leur droit à exercer la médecine. Chase et Foreman font un pari qui va les mettre chacun à l'épreuve de différentes façons.
